Online Registration form to be filled is Mandatory.
All attendees are required to complete the designated registration form individually, with one form per delegate.
Delegate Entitlement as per the constitution of the CIGI.
The delegate's registration will be confirmed within 30 days of receipt of payment in Bank.
Confirmation of the registration will be sent on registered email id.
PG students are required to upload Letter of HOD.
Online transaction charges will be applied according to the guidelines of the concerned bank. Transaction charges to be borne by delegates.
A valid Photo identification card is mandatory at the entrance of the conference area.
A confirmation email containing your Registration Receipt/ID will be sent to all registered delegates.
Please note that the registration fee excludes GST (Goods and Services Tax).
GST is subject to change as and when applicable.
For any card payment additional fee will be charged as per the bank policy.
Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.

The transactions conducted through the online payment gateway options will be subject to a handling fee. This charge encompasses platform handling fees, payment gateway charges and convenience fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of your conference registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at cigicon2026agra@gmail.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.
Cancellation only till March 31 2026 full amount.
Till May 31 2026 - 75% refund, Till June 30 2026 - 50% refund. After that no refund.
